We like to make it as easy as possible for our families to manage paying the tuition and that is why we have created the following payment options:

Option #1
Pay full tuition at the August Registration Night.

Option #2
Pay half of the tuition each semester: 1st payment at August Registration Night and 2nd payment by mail post-dated no later than January 15th, 2018

Option #3
Pay the tuition quarterly:
1st payment at August 2017 Registration Night
2nd payment by mail postdated no later than October 15th, 2017
3rd payment by mail postdated no later than January 15th, 2018
4th payment by mail postdated no later than March 15th, 2018

Cooperative tuition:
Option #1: $1,100.00/year
Option #2: $550.00 per semester
Option #3: $275.00 quarterly

Non-Cooperative tuition:
Option #1: $1,350.00/year
Option #2: $675.00 per semester
Option #3: $337.50 quarterly

Late tuition payments will be charged a $25 fee. If payment is not received within 7 business days after the due date, our policy dictates that your child will not be allowed to return to school until financial obligations are met. We are willing to set up a payment schedule if the above options are not manageable. Please contact the administrator to discuss any issues or concerns. It will be the responsibility of the parent to reimburse Bloomfield Nursery School for any bank fees charged to the school for returned checks. Parents who have had any check returned will be required to pay future tuition and fundraising with a money order.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be at the discretion of the Bloomfield Nursery School Board of Directors

FAMILIES WITH MULTIPLE CHILDREN

Over the past few years, BNS has had an increased number of families with twins or 2 children of nursery school age (3 and 4) enrolled in the program. Since we are a cooperative nursery school, we want to make sure that families with multiples understand the expectations. It is expected that:

  • • You will sign-up for the required number of Parent-Helper days per child. (# of days depends on how many children are enrolled)
  • • You will be responsible to be part of one committee per child.
  • • Regarding fundraising, you will be expected to sell the required amount per family.
  • • Families with multiples will receive a 15% discount for each additional child’s tuition, which will be deducted on the first tuition payment if you are paying full tuition on registration night or 15% will be deducted at each payment for half or quarterly payments.
